How this directory was built
Estate Agents in Norfolk lists 300 estate agents, checked 22 Oct 2026. Nothing on it is invented.
Where the listings come from
Every listing is a real business from Google Maps data (names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, opening hours, ratings and review counts). Ratings are shown with the number of Google reviews and the date they were checked. No reviews are copied. Listing photos are each business's main photo from its Google Maps listing, saved with the directory and credited "Photo: Google Maps". When a listing has none, the main photo from the business's own website may be shown instead, credited "Photo: from" its website and linked to it; a business can ask for its photo to be removed with the form on its listing page or on this page. Otherwise a freely licensed photo of the place from Wikimedia Commons may be shown, credited to its author with its licence and a link to the file. A listing without any of these shows its logo or its first letter instead. A listing without a photo may show an illustration made with AI instead, labelled "Illustration (AI)". It is a generic picture of that kind of business or of the area, never a photo of the business, its premises or its staff.
Featured listings
Listings marked "Featured" are promoted by the site owner, who may be paid by the business for it. Featured is not a ranking, a review or a recommendation, and the main list still shows every listing.
How features are confirmed
Each business's own website was read (118 of 300 could be read). A feature from a website is shown only when the website says so in words, and those words are quoted with the website and the date it was read.
Many websites cannot be read by software, so features also come from Google's own data about each business, always labelled with where they came from: an amenity Google lists for it (on Google Maps or Google Hotels), a sentence in its Google description, or a topic its Google reviewers mention (shown as the number of reviews that mention it, from 5 reviews up; no review is copied, and a mention is not a promise that the business has it). If a website or Google says a feature is closed or not available, it is not shown.
Missing from a list does not mean a business does not have a feature: some websites cannot be read by software.
How the listings were chosen
Each business's own website was read for the words this kind of business uses (estate agent, estate agents, letting agent, lettings, property sales), and the ones that fit best were kept.
Which pages exist
A page for a feature in a place is made only when at least 3 listings show proof of it (at least 2 of them stated on their own website or in Google's amenity list or description, not only mentioned in reviews). Search numbers are not available for this market, so every feature with enough listings has a page. Thin pages are never made.
Corrections and removal
Every listing page has a "Claim or correct this listing" form. To ask for a listing or its photo to be removed, use that form or the one below.
